Delta and Synta Join Forces
Wednesday, January 3rd, 2007Delta Creative Inc. of City of Industry, California, and Synta Inc. of Clarkston, Georgia, have announced a joint venture agreement forming one of the largest acrylic craft paint distribution groups in the world. The merger will consolidate Delta’s west coast manufacturing with Synta’s headquarters in Clarkston.
