CHA Stats & News
Thursday, February 28th, 2008The Craft & Hobby Association (CHA) Winter show in Anaheim earlier this month drew 5,754 buyers from more than 62 countries. Total attendance was over 14,820, approximately 9 percent less than last year. CHA reports that despite the drop in attendance, this year’s show was the second best attended show in CHA history.

Thursday, February 28th, 2008Colorbok, supplier of scrapbooking, stationery, and kids’ craft activity products, has acquired the assets of California Creations, a company based in Denver that specializes in unfinished paint-able plaster craft items.
Colorbok’s main administrative and design offices remain in Dexter, Michigan, with additional kids and stationery division offices in Tucson and shipping and warehouse facilities in California.

Fall Quilt Show Sponsors
Thursday, February 28th, 2008The International Quilt Association announced two industry leaders are new sponsors in the annual fall edition of the group’s judged show, Quilts: A World of Beauty.
