CHA Releases Show Numbers

Buyer attendance at the Craft & Hobby Association (CHA) summer show July 18-20, was down 7 percent from last year. Overall attendance was down 6 percent. Conso International Corp. has a new corporate identify – Simplicity Creative Group, the new face of Conso’s portfolio of brands, which include Wrights®, Simplicity®, EZ Quilting®, Bondex®, Conso®, Boye®, It’s So Easy®, New Look®, and British Trimmings®. Simplicity Creative Group also maintains licensing agreements with Project Runway, Sewing Patterns for Dummies, and Disney, among others.

CHA Moves Summer Show

The Craft & Hobby Association (CHA) announced it is moving its summer show to Orlando July 28-30, 2009, followed by the first-ever CHA Consumer Show July 31-August 1, 2009.
