Colonial Needle Acquires Line from Caron

The Colonial Needle Company has acquired the hand-painted needlepoint canvas business from Caron International. Until November 2006, that product line was owned and distributed by Westex Corp.
Caron hand-painted needlepoint designs are the exclusive properties of their respective needlepoint companies, which Colonial Needle will continue to work with on proprietary and confidential distribution agreements. Colonial has two factories that will assure a turnaround time of four to six weeks after receiving purchase orders.
