Darice Makes Acquisition

Darice announced today it has acquired Inque Boutique, a stamping and paper crafting supplier based in Lithonia, Georgia. The deal was completed August 1. As a result of the acquisition, Darice will add 1,000 stamping designs to its current line of scrapbook and stamping products. Inque Boutique’s products are marketed under a variety of trade names, including See-d’s™, Whispers™, and Strokes™.
