* Licensing. Colorbok has acquired a license from Crayola to develop a new line pf products to be released later this year. Included will be activity books, kids’ stationery, journals, flash cards, and a line of scrapbooking products, all targeted to retail from $1 to $24.99.

* Acquisition. Amazon.com has acquired Fabric.com, which will continue to function as a stand-alone operation based in Marietta, Georgia.
