Scrapbook.com has acquired substantially all the web-retail and catalog assets of Keeping Memories Alive, including the scrapbooks.com domain name and Web site, which will be operated as a separate Web destination. AJ and Marielen Christensen, founders of Keeping Memories Alive, are retiring.
